    I found your email in Reckon community. 


    I am trying to generate QTR Simplified BAS but for some reason it is not happening. I am using ReckonAccounts Plus 2013 version. 

    Never had this issue before.

    I am using ReckonAccounts Plus 2013.

    I am trying to configure my Qtr Simplified BAS/IAS but for some reason it is not happening. This is the first time I am having this issue.

    I have downloaded the trial version of Reckon Personal Finance 2021. Now I want to buy it. STUPIDLY you can only buy it from Reckon online if you already have an ID.

    And I can't find any retailers in Sydney Australia who can sell me the software.

    At a time when just about everything can be purchased online, why the hell can't you buy this bloody software online?

    Right now I am considering buying an alternative. But the functionality of this software is good. So, what do I do?

    How can I buy a license?

    Why do Reckon make it so hard to buy their software?

      I received an email from Reckon first thing Monday morning with details so that I could make a purchase. Very fast and courteous response which is very impressive. Now I can get on with using the Software which is functionally great software.

    I have recently upgraded to Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2020 (from 2014) when I opened my account to start entering new data I see that previously reconciled transactions are now showing with a C not a R. The statement ending balance in the reconcile window matches my bank statement but the cleared balance is the same amount but as negative amount and therefore I cant reconcile. i.e. the statement ending balance is $31,485.01 and cleared balance is -$31, 485.01 .


    How can I fix this cleared balance amount?

    Logged on to STP (android) mobile app, but could not get beyond two factor authentication to verify identity, no SMS code received. Tried closing the app & restarting my Phone, but just keeps going strait into two factor authentication screen and no SMS code received to go any further. Has been working fine until this morning, when attempting new pay run.
