Wrong holiday hours entered for accrual in the previous payslips. How to correct the mistake without
I have an employee who has worked with us for 2 years. And I need to terminate the employee. But looking at her past payslips in reckon, her holiday hours have been accrued wrongly. And so the total hours in her last payslip is wrong which is 50 hours more than what she should have accrued. Is there a way I could edit that…

External Copy and Paste
External copy and paste. I have just upgraded to Reckon Hosted 2017 and prior to the upgrade I used to be able to copy externally (such as an email address) and using the red clipbord icon to paste. This function appears not to exist now. I use Google chrome. Any ideas?

Print margins changed with update since the printing was fixed
Since the update and printing errors have happened my 30 templates are now all out of whack, We used to be able to print over the margins for max space on the paper but now boxes are being cut off. Will this be a permanent change or will I be wasting my time changing all my templates?

Price level for active items only
When updating prices on a price level list it brings up all out inactive items as well. Is there a way to make only the active items show up? Thanks in advance

Invoice # not showing on "Find" screen
Hi, How do I get the sales report for an item on Hosted to record an invoice #. I select "Find", "Item", type in my part #, then "Find". The listed headings are all there including "Number", but no invoices# are recorded in that column. All other data is ok.

Unable to Edit customer/job info (like address details)
