How to upload FBT Figures from Payroll App
HI My accountant has calculated the Reportable FBT for the some on my employees. I only use the payroll app for STP. How do I enter the FBT so it is updated on the payment summary. It is not an earning, allowance or deduction either. Do I have to create a new catergory? what have you done?

Payroll with no hourly rate
I can't to create a monthly pay run without requiring to put in an hourly rate for staff. Error message
Hi i keep getting this error message when i try to process STP. The blacked out part is my name. I think it's because the name i registered my reckon account in and the name that the business is registered under is different? That's the only thing i can think of. Can you help please.

abn and branch number is already registered
A client has a reckon one account but wants to set up the payroll app on the phone for free as wages only the owner. I have been told that this is allowable but the above message is coming on the app. Can you help us?

Branch code
My branch code on Reckon payroll is different to the one that the tax office have and so they won't accept the pay run.How can I change it ?

Incorrect EOFY summary

Superannuation cannot be set
We would like to set the Superannuation to 0, it is for our staff who is under 18 years old. per apps advice, go to 'setting' and 'superannuation', however, there is no such item 'superannuation' to select. please advise. thx

EOFY report has no deductions listed but has taken it from the total gross pay
Hi, I'm trying to do the EOFY report and there is an error. The "deductions" (which are super salary sacrifice) and "earnings" were correct on each quarterly STP submission BUT when EOFY report is done the "earnings" = 0, and the "gross earnings" = "actual gross earnings" less the "deductions" (as per each 1/4 STP). Help!

Latest pay run allocated to wrong FY
Hi, I'm using Reckon Basic app (latest update) and inputed last payslip for Apr-Jun 22 (dated it 30 June 2022). All dates look correct. Sumission success to ATO. When trying to do EOY submission to ATO the last payslip is allocated to FY23 and not FY22 so the EOY report is wrong. Help!
