Offset accounts set up
Hi, I am new to Reckon PP 2017 and am just setting up my accounts. I have multiple mortgages with associated offset accounts but can't work out how to set up offset accounts so they are linked with the mortgage so that the money in the offset is reflected in the interest calculated on the mortgage. Error : Required dlls for converting your data files are missing. Upgrade from PP 2016 to PP 2017
I have just upgraded from PP2016 to PP2017. When I try to open my old data file I get the message "Required dlls for converting your data files are missing". About 20% of the time the data file will open but rest of time will not. Any ideas? Have been using the PP range for about 15 years and have all my data in it!

Reckon Accounts Launcher not working
Just upgraded to Reckon Personal Plus 2017. I am on a Mac running parallels 12. I have uninstalled old version of Reckon PP 2013 and now keep getting the message 'Reckon Accounts Launcher has stopped working' have been thru all the trouble shooting posts, but still the problem persists.

I recently upgraded to Personal Plus 2017. When I do "Update" it downloads the latest exchange rates and share prices but gives error message 7084 and that it needs to close and sends report. I have to close programme and re-open it to use.

Upgrade to PP2017, I can't see 'OldFiles'. How do I find it to open it?
I upgraded from Personal Plus 2015 to 2017 yesterday. According to the Instalation and Upgrade Guide there should be a file called 'OldFiles, "located in the same folder as the data file you are upgrading". But it is not there. Why not? How can I open it?
