I have two computers in different locations, Reckon 2015 on one and a newly installed Reckon 2019 on the other. When I try to transfer data from the 2015 version to the 2019 using a USB flashdrive the new one does not recognise the transfer. Is there a proper way of doing this? I have Windows 10 on both.
