I am having trouble editing our pay slip pay period dates. Does anyone know how to change the set up of pay period start, end and pay date?

Payroll Premier 2016/17 Super Guarantee
An employees first pay for the month was below the $450 threshold, but isn't included in 9.5% of gross wages for the month. Screenshot is of the second pay of the month, when it should have been included. Has worked correctly for the same employee in the past. How do I fix this?

Salary Sacrifice
Just want to check that my payroll is correct before I finish off for the year. Have had 4 employees salary sacrifice approx $30,000 for the year. This is all correct in super reports and listed on payment summary but should it be included in total gross for the year?

I have an employee that earned $105 gross this year. I can't generate a payment summary for her. She needs one from me to add to her other income from other employers. Is there a setting that is prohibiting it from generating her payment summary? She DOES appear on my Reconciliation Report.

Payroll 13/14 re-registration issue
We have Payroll 13/14 and since moving to a Windows 10 PC have had to frequently re-register the software at start-up. Reckon suggested re-registering twice in succession but the program would not allow this. Any ideas.
