STP report has no employees in it
Is anyone having issues with the STP report,? no employees are showing in my report has happened for the past three weeks. have spoken to Tech support who said to reduce data file by archiving old data and terminated employees. have done all this but today still no report!

Leave taken and leave accrued report not showing any records
I have recently upgraded Reckon Payroll Premier to version 2018-19. The pays for the new financial year have processed correctly and are showing on the pays reports but no records are showing on both the leave taken and accrued leave reports for any of the years. Can anyone help me please?

Hi everyone, I am using Payroll Premier 2018/2019 and am having to restore files for my correct data every week. Each time I open the latest version it takes me back to when I installed the upgrade.

Upload STP 'Success' but nothing comes up on the page to then submit etc. Blank!
Finally got the upload errors to go away, and get a green SUCCESS bar when I upload a pay run now.... but then the webinar shows it should appear underneath on a list to then review and submit to the ATO. But no list is coming up on my screen. Webinar demo suggests it should be immediate. Help please? Thanks in advance!

Every time I open my payroll I have to restore the backed up files. I've just done the upgrade to payroll premier 2019 and it still comes up with the 2017 file instead of the new backup I made today prior to doing the upgrade.
