stp report not picking up terminated employee
STP report not picking up an employee that was terminated even though report date is the same date - any suggestions on how to fix this?

Payroll Premier will not change to "Date Paid" in preferences
I have changed to "Date Paid" in preferences (File/Preferences/Printing) for STP purposes but the program keeps defaulting back to Pay End Date. Is there any way of making this a permanent change rather than being prompted by the program to do the temporary change every time the payroll is processed?

I have three employees that have been terminated since this financial year , I have noticed they are in in STP reports by themselves . How do I deal with these and send to ATO ? I tried export new file , nothing happened . Please advise. Sharon.

Reckon Govconnect opening it but get "Something went wrong.
When opening Launch Single Touch Payroll and clicking the "Open" button takes us to an empty page with the words "Something went Wrong". Also when clicking on "Company and Adviser Info" loading happens but nothing loads.

Can anyone tell me how to process back pay for employees who have had their employment contracts amended and the changes applied retrospectively, although the changes are in the same tax year.

employees missing on stp report,
employees missing stp report, I have now done three weeks payroll, the first two weeks do not have all employees listed. This week they are all there, perhaps because the payroll was processed in two stages. As the figures are correct as ytd, can I just upload the last week?

Error message with STP
I am getting an ATO error for my STP upload - it says "The value specified for an item does not match the item type (value = "", item type = String, uniqueID = http://www.sbr.gov.au/ato/payevntemp:LumpSumAC) Hint: The Enumeration constraint failed". Hello, one of our employee has been taxed on gross pay rather than gross minus salary sacrifice in last pay run. after reading the post on reckon community, I have fixed it for this current pay but want to know how do I fix the last pay where the employee has been taxed more than it should. thanks

Payslips not emailing in Payroll Premier 2018/19
Since we upgraded to Payroll Premier 2018/19 I am not able to email payslips from within the software. I keep getting 'Sending Email Fail' on screen. Does anyone know what is causing this?
