Payroll Premier 2019/20 is closing half way through processing pays. I log back in and finish the process but then it creates 2 pay runs for that date and 2 STP JSON Files

Why is 2019 not an option when amending Payment Summaries in Payroll Premier 2019/20?
When I go into an employee's record in Payroll Premier 2019/20 and then to the "Payment Summaries" tab, I cannot select "2019" in the "Year Ending" column. Why? Still getting ' Product Key Invalid' after update.
When submitting my STP report on the Reckon Gov Connect, I get the error ' Product Key Invalid'. I have replaced the RINB.exe file that is meant to fix this, but still keep getting this error. Editing the export file and replacing the v2 with v1 seems to fix it, but this isn't a solution.
