"Gateway Session" - Disconnected
Help, I am using Rekon Online with Google Chrome. Since the updates, I am having trouble in logging into my company account. When I press the green "Launch Accounts 2014 R3" the program starts loading up and then it will just say "Gateway Session Disconnected" and shut downs ? Why is this so and what can I do to fix it?

rename payee
In Reckon Accounts Home and Businss 2015 how do I rename a payee? For example I have a payee Abc Trading, I want to change it to ABC Trading.

Entering leave taken by an employee.
I am fairly new to Reckon and I can't work out how to enter leave taken by an employee. In MYOB I enter an "nil" paycheque and deduct the hours of leave taken. Reckon won't accept a 'nil' paycheque. Can anyone please help?

cannot download tax table 2014/2015 from service pack
downloaded accounts plus 2014 onto new laptop and cannot download tax table 2014/2015 service pack. My subscription expired end of July. Reckon has suggested I download through google chrome instead of internet explorer, this didn't work.

deposit into credit card account
I deposited a cheque into my credit card account at the bank and now I am not sure how to record the deposit in Reckon Accounts. When I go to receive payments it shows all bank accounts except for the Credit Card which is already in the system? how do I record this deposit?

Payee not recognised
I'm new to bank data and each time I try to 'match' a transaction, system tells me "Payee is not recognised" - I'm assuming because the name on the statement does not EXACTLY match the name as it's set up in our system??? We are moving our company file from one server to a new one and want to change to Reckon accounts 2014 instead of enterprise as our environment is much smaller. Is there a way I can move it easily? Thank you

How do I pay a supplier in advance for goods before I have received them
I used to be able to make a payment to a supplier for goods in advance by writing a cheque and posting to Accounts Payable. Wdhen I receive the goods and enter the bill I could then pay the bill be setting the credits for the supplier against the bill. I don't seem to be able to do that anymore.

importing items from excel with Amts Inc Tax column - no corresponding field available in Reckon map
