I have been using Reckon 2015, and now have purchased a subscription for Reckon 2021. If I install the newer version, do I have to uninstall the old version. How do I not lose any data, and how does the data transfer to the new software? Sorry but I am technically challenged!!!

I am using Personal Plus 2021 on a Windows 7 Home Premium platform. I have been offered the upgrade to RPP 2022, but the installation guide says Windows 8 or higher is required. Nonetheless, will RPP2022 run on my OS (as 2021 does)?
I am trying to update my Reckon Personal Plus to 2022. I have downloaded the new software and went to install it but the system told me to remove Reckon first and then install the new version. I assume that is OK and that my data will remains secure in the upgrade process?
I just need to add the fund total value and update it every now and again with an updated value
I have recently downloaded Personal Plus 2021. The program loads and a tab appears on my screen to click on. When i click on the tab the program momentarily opens and then closes. Any suggestions?
Hi there - I've renewed my license on this product, but haven't received an installation key. I am CONTINUALLY frustrated at how outdated this registration / licencing process is. Anyone got any tips on how I can get this to work - or do I just wait for Monday & then ring the helpdesk.
Why do I have this message now "Next required Licence refresh: October 31, 2021" Does this mean my old version on my desktop that I purchased outright NO SUBSCRIPTION will no longer work? I am happy with my 2016 version I do not need to upgrade. Please help. thank you in advance
