Cannot go past STP2 whilst preparing employees because of one employee with Foreign Resident status
Hi there Not having much success with trying to complete my Employee list because I have one employee who has a 'Foreign Resident' which the Checklist has input itself. I cannot input any information for the 'Home Country' field nor can I delete this employee anywhere. Help please!

cannot process pays after migrating to STP2
I'm stuck in a loop and cannot process payruns as I get an error msg: "InterimSTP2EmploymentTypeld can only be used on STP version1. Super fund needs to be linked a super contract." The bot did not help at all.

Error Message when selecting Mark As Paid in Payroll
I have created my first pay run under STP2. When I select Mark As Paid I get an error message saying "The Journal does not balance" then showing 2 amounts and the difference between the two. Where do these two amounts come from and how do I fix this as I have pay run this Friday. Thanks

Multiple emails
Hi Rav is it possible to send payslips to multiple email addresses in reckon one in phase 2. I have added a screenshot, I want to put 2 email address in the sent a copy to field, when I separate the email addresses with a semi colon it shows an error. thank you Anu

Error when trying to submit to ATO
Hi, I've just upgraded Reckon One Payroll to STP2. I'm processing my first pay run since the upgrade. When I click on the "submit to ATO" button I get an error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". I'm not sure what this means or what I need to check. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks

Issue updating from Reckon One to Reckon Payroll
In working through the upgrade I am now getting the following error and cannot access payroll. I was up to reviewing the allowances when this error occurred and cannot move past this point.

Don't have permission to view Reckon Payroll
I have "Super User" access to the Reckon books that I use, but when trying to update for STP2 I keep getting this error. Another post said to take authorisation away and re-give it and wait a few hours, which we have done, but I am still getting the error. Any ideas please?

YTD
I ran our first pay run after moving from payroll premier to reckon one but notice the YTD have not updated in the employee's record - it did update on the pay slip though. Any suggestions why this would happen. Also once we have rectified this can I set up STP2 now having done one pay run or do I need to do something else…

Any reason I can't edit my payroll?
Have just changed to the new STP2 system and doing a payrun but need to edit several employees. Click on the edit icon and the screen appears but doesn't load... Any suggestions? Thanks

Is there a different way to print Payroll Reports in STP2 ReckonOne?
This just isn't cutting it..... Don't need the reports index in the print just the vital details which won't print as the Reports index is taking up all the room...... Thanks
