How do I automatically add employees into a payrun using the previous weeks payrun employees or using a template rather than manually adding them one by one? I have too many employees which takes a lot of time and the reckon interface is slow and clunky which wastes a lot of time. Thanks

How do I set up a template for sales receipt in Reckon One? I need to be able to add particular details to the template? Most of income is from donations as as we have DGR I need to be able to advise that the donation is tax deductible. We are a charity and don't issue statements
Hi, I set up Reckon in November 2021. I have just found the YTD gross figures are incorrect, but the PAYG amount is correct. I don't know if I made a mistake during setup or if there is a glitch in the system. Can anyone please help me to make an adjustment to correct the figures? Many thanks in anticipation, Joanne
