Just wondering if there an easy way to create a PDF file with employees and a total amount payable when using Beam to pay Super. It would be nice to have the option of creating a PDF when you create the batch from the drop down menu options. I pay my super using the Bpay so I currently have to go into the 'Reports' tab…
Just a suggestion, would it be possible to have print the superstream payment remittance advice? Each time, my client has to create a screenshot to send out to the clients. Ideally it would be really useful to print the bpay details and amount due with date range of contribution. Like a remittance advice for client.
When making a SuperStream payment and selecting BPAY, it could be nice to have a more official-looking way to share the biller code and reference details. Rather than just taking a screenshot or copying the details. Currently looks like this: Something like this that can be shared or downloaded might be nice
Could the ability to add a message to the covering email for payslips be made available? This was something we used in Payroll Premier.
At the moment the total on the SuperStream page only shows the total per employee but not the total superannuation that exists in the batch. Simple, but useful.
Would be nice to have the option to include employees bank details and amounts paid into their bank account. We have a lot of employees who have their pay distributed to 2,3 or 4 bank accounts.
Would be good to have the ability to add a note to an individual employee's Payslip
Hi guys, It would be very handy to be able to save custom reports for future use. For example, we always edit the Payroll Detail report by removing the Customer / Project / Classification tick box option but there seems to be no way of saving these preferences for next time. Regards, Mark
Given superstream is an upcoming reality, it'd be good to see the status of superstream payments group by payrun, in a similar to the STP status in the payroll widget
It would be great if you could do a few pay periods together especially at Christmas. Payroll premier gave you this option and the tax was worked out over this period. But I believe it can only be processed on a weekly basis. Another idea for reckon. Thank you.
