I can't log on to my online account. Is there something wrong with the server?

When I put in my user ID and Password, it takes me to the next page. However there is no icon for the 2013 Accounts icon under "Online Program" and I can't connect to the program.

    Hi Miranda,

    Sounds like a problem with your user profile, one that can be easily fixed. Your login details are needed to fixed this, but it's not a good idea to give this information over a public forum so I suggest you give tech support a call.  The rep you speak with will need your login details and about 15-20 mins to get it sorted generally.
