How do I give my Accountant access to my Reckon One book?

You give your Accountant access in the same way you give any user access.

Obtain your Accountant's Reckon One ID.  In your Book, click on Administrator > Users > Create, and enter your Accountant's Reckon One ID.

If your Accountant does not have a Reckon One ID, then you will need to create one through the Control Panel.  Then you can add your Accountant as a User.

Note:  all users must be assigned a Role where the permissions for the user can be set.  Roles are created in Administration > Roles.
