The sort of report you wish is not available in Accounts Business.
There is a workaround to create such a report that involves exporting the Customer List, manipulating the export file in Excel to place Price Level information into a Custom Field, and re-importing back to Accounts Business so that you can include the Custom Field in your Customer Report.
