Where is my online training course?

After paying $69 dollars for a training course to learn how to use a product that I have already paid for... The course does not exist. All I receive is a 44 page PDF and an online quiz I presume I take after reading the 44 page PDF. Does Reckon consider a PDF documents an "online course". As an IT services provide, I only chose Reckon as my accounting software as I out grew my existing Excel Workbook and was faced with the decision of writing my own software... or adapting to a system that I support for my customers on a technical basis to become more familiar with the account side of the software. I didn't choose MYOB as my customer rarely have a problem with MYOB. I now really regret choosing Reckon. It has turned out to be the worst waste of time. The amount of time I have spend on learning how to use this software I could have spent writing my own. Now i have paid a fee to the same company I bought the software from and yet again they have let me down. I had put time aside this afternoon to do this course, now the course either does not exist or there site does not work.... I have contacted Reckon and some may get back to me.... Reckon support have never been useful or returned calls, hence why my customers contact me to resolve their Reckon issues. So yet again, my plans and time is wasted. I bet I write my own accounting software before Reckon start providing a good service. How do I do the online training i have just paid for? NOT IMPRESSED !!!!

    Thanks for your time this afternoon.  I was very pleased to explain the course to you and also  very happy that you understand the different functionality in the different versions of Reckon Accounts.  Download a trial of the higher versions and see if they are more suitable to your requirements.

    I have reported that I was charged twice for this PDF file and those emails have been ignored.

    I can guarantee you that your emails have not been ignored.  I have kept my eye on your situation and I followed this up yesterday.  The refunds have been processed and should be credited to your credit card in the next couple of days.

    Hi Sue, I hadn't received a response to my email regarding the double charge. I have just gone through my bank records and the money has been returned, it was not on the same day so was hard to find. Thanks.
