How do I create a non sales item eg superannuation payment or salary payment in Reckon 1

Hi Martin,
Welcome to the Reckon Community.
In the near future a payroll module will be released that will streamline all payroll functions. Please watch our email announcements of upcoming updates and releases.
In the meantime you will need to record these payments directly into the appropriate Accounts.
You can create additional Accounts through the Administration > Chart of Accounts.
If you wish to process through items, you can create these items as you go by clicking on Add an item, or directly through Workflow > Items.
