Attaching Files to Invoices Transaction

I am looking at purchasing Reckon Accounts Pro but need to clarify a key requirement.

1.  I need to be able to attach scanned documents (pdf files etc) which show proof of disbursement costs when invoicing a customer- it is a government/legal requirement when passing on certain costs -  e.g. Outgoings on a commercial property.

Does the software have the facility for this?

    Hi Michelle,

    Accounts Pro doesn't have the ability to attach documents to invoices.  However it is possible to attach a document to an email as a separate document.  So the email will have 2 attachments, the invoice and the other document.  I don't know if that would be helpful but its the closest you can get.
