disable all employees on pay run list

I wish to enable or disable all employees on my pay run lists. Is there an easier way than going through and disable/enable each single employee

    Hi Michael, welcome to the Reckon Community. So I know which product to look into, are you using Payroll Premier or Reckon Accounts to process payroll?

    Hey Michael, apologies for the delayed response. It is not possible to disable all, each user would need to be right clicked and then disabled individually. Thanks, Mirko
