Server Error in '/RDWeb/PagesFeed' Application PLEASE HELP

When I try to log in to Reckon Accounts Hosted, I receive this error message. My business relies on Reckon Accounts Hosted and I have not been able to log in since Sunday.

     I reset the browser as directed. Now this has come up. I'm about to lose my **** with this thing.

    Hey Michael, sorry for the late reply. Are you still having this issue? If so, can you please try an alternate browser i.e.: Chrome (also if you are using IE11 you may need to add Reckon as an accepted website). Thanks, Mirko
