Accounts Hosted: Unable to open file.... -6073 -816
Receive the error: "Reckon accounts is unable to open the file. It may be in use by another user......The file could also be located in a read only network folder...."
Another user is in the file, but has it in multi user mode. I'm reluctant to ask them to log out as we really cant afford more time lost....but we really need all our licenses able to work.
We implemented -6000 resolution yesterday and got going. Have restarted by browser (IE11) and restarted my machine (Win8.1 64Bit).
