login problem

Hi guys,

I'm having a login problem....my screen just stays on starting 2014 accounts AU R1 forever. I need to use it for month end urgently, can someone pls help?

    Hi Joey,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    Sorry to hear you are have trouble logging on.  

    There are no system issues at the moment that could account for your logon issue, so if you are still having a problem, shut down you browser and close down the Citrix Receiver (or the Remote App if you are using Standard) in the System Tray and try again.
