Can't start reckon hosted get QBW32EnterpriseContractor.exe - System Error

I have previously logged in successfully - but today I get the following error messages:

The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer

and

The application failed to launch. This may be due to a network failure Error code: 0x41E03404-0000028

I can log in using 1463428-1 but not using 1406124-1 (different company files)

Please help
