This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled unable to log into icon. Am unable to log into R1 (Hosted user) I have reinstalled citrix an all logs in beautifully, just will not go any further when icon is selected, any ideas?
Hi All, there are no known issues with Hosted (including prior to or after the maintenance). Should you still be experiencing difficulties please try to log into manage my accounts and check if there is any hanging sessions. Alternatively if you are unsure how to perform this task (or it did not help) you may wish to contact tech support for One-to-One attention. Thanks, Mirko
