Payment Summaries - Why do my employees not show up

I am completing Payment Summaries for staff members and no employees show up on Payment Summaries section. Can someone please help.

    Have you changed the period to 2013/2014?

    The employees setup are they set to Print or Email or Both?
    If they are set to email and you try to print you will not see them. Select the email option of payment summaries

    Hi , i am having the same trouble. have tried print and email and my employee still not coming up??? please help
