I can't even call the tech support number. Its been engaged all morning!!

    I got through at 830 on hold for 30 mins then I had to hang up but I have just got through again so I will settle in for a long wait!

    Some users are still experiencing login issues this morning, and our phone are busy as well. 
    Our IT is still working on restoring normal access.
