"Gateway Session" - Disconnected

Help, I am using Rekon Online with Google Chrome. Since the updates, I am having trouble in logging into my company account. When I press the green "Launch Accounts 2014 R3" the program starts loading up and then it will just say "Gateway Session Disconnected" and shut downs ? Why is this so and what can I do to fix it?

    Hi Leon,

    Try looking at the test internet speed on the launch page, also look at the control panel to see if perhaps you are already logged in under the logoff remote sessions area in the bottom left hand area.

    I find that I get this message when my internet is playing up or disconnects. You could also try another web browser to see if at least works through there.
