Import Purchase Orders

We are using Fleet Mex for our purchase orders and stock control in our workshop, and currently manually re-entering the purchase orders into Reckon Hosted.  Is there a way for us to import daily Purchase Orders created excel?  Also, can Fleet Mex integrate with Reckon Hosted?

Hi Lucinda have you spoken to the software vendor about this? I know Steve Batten from Zed Axis has an export import utility for Reckon Accounts.

Hey Kevin, from FleetMex side it is doable, but can't find away to get it done from a Reckon Hosted side...  Do you know if Steve from Zed Axis is using Hosted or Desktop version?

Hi, Lucinda, we have lodged inquiry with Fleet Max possible integration provided they can give us their API, they will come back to us , but at this moment their in house developer is away on leave for next 2 weeks. They did indicate it may not be a possibility, however , since you have it in excel , we are able to automate the process of importing with the tool, there is no mapping required or manual fixing of data. This is just matter of pressing the button and all real time. we can only do it on Desktop version though, contact us on:[email protected]

Purchase Order Integration from 3rd Party Application into Reckon Desktop and Hosted, yes we can do it. Any 3rdParty software like Data build or Fleet max, if you can get it in csv, or excel we can automate the process . Cosmic Innovation Tool will integrate into RA. We will be ready for hosted too.
