Reckon Accounts Pro slow on 2 computers

I am running the latest version of Reckon Accounts Pro on 2 computers.  The company file is stored on one computer which is networked. When I open the company file on the second computer (accessing the file through the network), the program is running REALLY slow!  It takes almost 5 minutes to process an invoice.

    Where is the file stored i.e what directory?

    Hi Leigh,  We are experiencing the same issue in Account Premiere.  The company file is stored on a networked drive on the primary machine and the second computer looks to that directory.  We have tested and tested the network and ascertained that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the it.  I have had my programming guru look at it for me and he thinks that it is an issue with the Reckon file Scheduler.  Apparently they are using their own program and not Windows file scheduler and that is it not an efficient program.
