how do i restore the last backup after a crash ? 2012 13

my laptop crashed so i did a factory reset but now need to get it all back , i back up to dropbox so how do i start up the last back up? also i cant seem to register it goes to some kind of wierd script page ?

Greg mate you need to reinstall the software first and register it again. Copy the backup from dropbox to the hard drive. Use the file menu and then Restore. You need to put the file to the default location c:\users\public\public documents\intuit\quickbooks\company files Call me if you get stuck 0407744914 Zappy
