    Hey Rhonda, thanks for your post. Not sure of why this could be occurring. There is a known issue which has been reported that the ATO is having trouble with certain files (see here for more info).
    I'm not certain if this is the same issue. You may need to contact tech support for one to one assistance on this one to run some troubleshooting, or contact the ATO. ^Mirko
