Major Improvements.  I was involved with Reckon as a partner when QuickBooks online was first released.  I've avoided it where possible for the past 3 years and just recently started working with hosted again.

I have to say I am very impressed with the changes.  The upload and download buttons are incredibly simple to use - I was able to upload 14 files with ease.  Printing (in google chrome) is very simple, and for the inevitable "teething problems", I find the technical support guys really know their stuff.

    So nice to see someone bothers with a positive reply rather than all the energy people use on negative responses. Good to see.
