Reckon Accounts - Payroll re Terminated employee in error

Hi folks
My client uses Reckon Hosted for their payroll. Owner accidently terminated an employee. We need to remove the termination date and thus restore the worker. I think I have tried everything to restore him, but alas, not much luck. Any advice will be appreciated.

    Hi Kevin, I have now caused the same problem - I can delete the termination date as you say, but can't find out how to reverse the entries that cause the Status: terminated etc. message.  Would you know what to do for that?  Thanks, Marina
