Currently there are delays with STP submissions being processed due to a ATO system issue. Submissions are currently queued and will be sent for processing once we've received confirmation the ATO have resolved their issue.

I want to turn off the receipt printer on the bottom of the screen on the pos system

Hi Diane,
You will also probably find that CTRL + 9 will also turn the receipt printer on and off.
But a button as Kevin mentioned would be the simplest way for you.
