How do I cancel my bankdata link and ensure billing is stopped?

Hi Nick,

Thanks for asking the Reckon Community.

To fully cancel your BankData plan do the following:

In Accounts Business/Hosted:

1. Login to bankdata.reckon.com
2. on each bank and credit card account line, click on the Trash Can - this will cancel the authority to the bank
3. when the table is blank, click on cancel plan - this will cancel the charging for your plan

You are now fully cancelled.

In Reckon One:

1. Logon to Reckon One, but do not open any Books
2. click on Control Panel and then Bank Feed Management
3. on each bank and credit card account line, click on the Trash Can - this will cancel the authority to the bank
4. Return to the Reckon One home page
5. On your Book click on More and then Modules
6. On the BankData module select the None option and follow through and complete a zero dollar purchase.

You are now fully cancelled.  

That's it!
