Imac mail

I have recently upgraded to Imac but my invoices are now not emailing out to customers from Reckon Hosted. I use Mac mail, not Outlook. Are there settings somewhere in Reckon that I need to change to fix this. Being able to email invoices out of Reckon is high priority.

    Hey Caren, thanks for reaching out to us. This is quite a strange one - the emailing client you use should not impact Hosted. Hosted has an inbuilt email client. If you are having trouble emailing things out, please give tech support a call they will look into things with you. Cheers,

    Hi Caren,

    There is a known issue at the moment where intermittently emails sent via Hosted are not being received.

    But it is intermittent, not all the time.

    As Mirko said, it does not use your local email so there is no reason why they wouldn't send.
