How do I find the qbwin.log in Hosted

Trying to find this file so that I can look at the errors and correct if necessary - anybody got any idea how to find it?

    Hi Sara,

    We do not have access to the qbwin.log file. You need to contact Reckon directly for it.

    Alternatively if you download the 2015 Enterprise software that you are entitled to as part of your Hosted licence, and then download a copy of your file you can look at it locally.

    Sally, Do you mean a copy of the Quickbooks hosted file and do I download from the B drive?

    Hi Everyone,

    Reckon Accounts Hosted 2015 R2 has made the QBwin.log file accessible to users.  The file is located in Q:\Log folder and is named verify_rebuild_data.log.  

    On each restart of Reckon Accounts Hosted and new log file will be created.  The current one will always be named verify_rebuild_data.log and older ones will be renamed with .old1, .old2 etc. added to the file name.  

    To view this file:
    1. Click the download icon
    2. Browse to Q:>Log
    3. Select the file verify_rebuild_data.log and click on Open.  It will download to your local PC.
    4. Select Open (with Notepad) to see the contents of the file.
