Trouble emailing end of month statements

Emailing end of month statements from RA Premier takes hours to complete . I have a customer on RA Premier 2014, with admittedly a sizable datafile. Last month it took her 3 hours to email 75 statements. Has anybody else come across this or like issues and if so what can be done about it. My customer has cleaned out all queued forms prior to starting her statement run. Best regards Jim

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    The sort of behaviour you describe can be due to a number of reasons like:
    • a minor corruption in the company file
    • a problem with the Online preferences
    • a problem with the statement template you are using
    • a problem with the PDF Converter
    • incompatible printers
