Emailing direct from reckon error

This weekend I upgraded my Reckon accounts Pro to Reckon accounts premier 2015 version. Since doing this I am no longer able to email invoices/payslips directly from reckon, I get a popup message saying: An internal error occured while preparing your message. It has not been sent. (MAPI error code 00000000 (0) at line 947 in sendmail.ccp) does anyone know what I can do to fix this? as saving all invoices and payslips as a pdf and emailing them is a longer process.
