ANZ Bank shows as AZN on ABA file

Please see screen shot below from my first attempt to create an ABA file in this client's RA Hosted database.  The bank account is ANZ (New Zealand).  Clicking AZN below takes me back to the correct bank account.

I've checked the setup in Chart of Accounts and it's all set up correctly.

1. How do I fix this?
2. Do NZ Bank Accounts need the APCA number?

Thanks for this query. I've shot it through to our NZ support agents to look into. Cheers, Mirko

Hey Sara, I ran this by our techs. Who advised that for the ANZ it does in fact appear as AZN, similar to HSBC NZ shows up as HBN. With regards to the APCA, you should not need one as this is an Australian institution. Are you able to convert the file to an RTL and use in your NZ online banking system?

Thank you for that.  AZN very strange, but if it works then no worries!

As to RTL, thanks for the reminder.  I have been working in Australia for the past 4 years (still live in Australia, just have a NZ client I do a lot of work for) and had completely forgotten that Reckon doesn't talk directly to the bank and we need to use the RTL Utility.  Where do I find the RTL so that I can install it?
