how many different types of account hosted is there. i think i have enterprise. how can I find out ?

    I have been told if you want to save your data file to desktop it will only work with enterprise and they give you a free desktop version with your hosted version in order to work offline.  It will not work with a lesser reckon product, so I guess that gives you some indication, but let the reckon support clarify that for you :)

    Thanks for your question JS. Priscilla has pretty much hit the nail on the head!

    Hosted only comes with one version. This is the equivalent of the Enterprise desktop version. Your Hosted license also provides for a Enterprise license should you require to ever use your Accounts offline.

    Note:     The datafile does not sync between the Hosted and Local versions, you would need to download the file to your local machine to use, and upload back into Hosted when you want to continue with it in the cloud.
