Unable to create / open adjustment notes

Our organisation operates four entities and I can't create adjustment notes or open existing ones in two of them. No problems when I use the boss's computer and am logged in as him.  I've tried logging in as administrator and have the same problem. I'm using a new computer.  Any ideas what I can try?

    Hi Christine, are you using Reckon Accounts Hosted or Desktop also which version? It sounds to me like the security settings are blocking others. From the bosses profile check out the profile Admin and your profile have been assigned access too. This video will help.
