Printing in grey scale from Cannon MF8580c instead of black and white

New client is trying to print invoices to their Cannon MF8580c but it will only print grey scale not black. Have checked printing options and all ok. Have printed from another location and printer and it prints Ok. It just will not print correctly at clients office. Guessing it may be a PDF or printer issue. Has anyone had this problem before.

    Hi Sandy

    Most printer, except laser will usually print in either greyscale or colour, I have not come across one that prints black besides a laser, not out of the small office range of printers.

    You will need to check the manual to make sure the option is available, failing that go to the top menu>file>setup printer, here you can manually chose different options for each window by chosing the document i.e tax invoice, then chose options of the printer, to set up manually.
