When I try and import the bank statements, I click on "Browse" next to the QIF File to Convert line, but it only gives me the options of the Q drive, or B drive, which doesn't help as the file is saved on my PC. Little help please.

Hello Vanessa
You need to use the blue upload button on the top right hand side to upload the QIF file.
Click on the button and browse to the file.
The file will then upload to an Upload folder in Reckon Hosted on your Q: drive.
You can then import from that folder.

Hi
Thanks, I just discovered that, I'd forgotten about those little blue arrows.

I've been successfully importing QIF files but from last month I am getting this message from Reckon Hosted - 'You have specified a file in the 'Save Converted File As' edit box that already exists. If you continue, this file will be overwritten'. I override it because when I open the Online Banking Centre nothing shows! In the box 'From Bank' nothing is present when I go to click View. To me the file is being hidden??
