All Customers

Could anyone please tell me how to open the 'Customer Centre' showing 'All Customers' as the default start rather than 'Active Customers'. I am using Chrome if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance.

    click on the customer icon. When the list comes up - from the drop down box select all customers rather than active ones.

    Thankyou Kathy. I already do that every time but was wondering if there was a way to open it already as 'All Customers' rather than have to do it ever time. Not a big problem but a bit annoying is all.

    HI Carol

    No you can't set all customers to the default... however, if you leave the customer centre open set to all customers, go to preferences > desktop, save current desktop.... it may, only saying  may, save it like this when you close the company and reopen it.

    If is only an off chance it will work for you, personally I have not tried it as I always use Active or with balances.
