Small Business 2014 - Printer not activated, Error code - 20, when trying to email Invoices

I have Small Business Edition 2014 and after upgrading Windows 10 from Windows 8.1, I am now having problems emailing invoices.

    With this emailing issue please refer to our KB:  Best practice for Save as PDF and Emailing in Reckon Accounts Business.  Although it was written for an earlier version the various strategies outlined there will help to run existing Reckon Accounts on a newer operating system.

    Hi Sandy, I had the same problem after installing 10 and the best practice doesn't work, so I found I had to roll back to my previous version and wait until some stage when Reckon releases a patch
