Error: MAPI error code 80040700 (1792) at line 1026 in sendemail.cpp

This error accurs when trying to email payslips from Reckon Premier 2015 with Outlook  2013 on a Windows 8 pc.

    Hi Heather,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    Firstly, make sure your Outlook is open before you send from Reckon Accounts.  Do not shut down Reckon Accounts until all emails have been sent by Outlook.  

    Normally, Outlook 2013 should respond to the Accounts Business signal and open to transmit the message.  However, the signal is not interpreted properly and Outlook 2013 does not launch and the email is not sent.  Accounts Business generates this error.
