Turning off "billable check box" in Time sheets & Scheduling Automatic Back-ups

Why don't we have the option to schedule automatic back ups in Reckon Accounts Hosted? The option to click "next" after selecting local backup, is grayed out and only allows you to click "finish". We have 6+ users and the best time to back up would be say 1am. And also, why do we not have the option to "turn off" the billable check box when entering time into the timesheets for employees? Very frustrating when entering time for 20+ employees daily.

    Your system is hosted so Reckon will be doing your back ups.

    Hi Ellen & L Childs,

    Thanks for asking the Reckon Community.

    Scheduled backup is unable to operate in the Hosted environment and so its function has been disabled.

    A normal backup will save to the user's B drive.  We suggest that you copy it from there to your local PC for permanent storage.

    Hosted does not backup users' company files.  

    Hope this explains the backup situation.
